Dispatcher Dashboard
Runs in a web browser on any computer. Color-coded order view, accept/reject, driver assignment, live GPS map, full order history.
Where it runs: Another browser tab next to your existing dispatch software. Or its own monitor if you want a dedicated ezcater screen.
Driver App
Native iPhone and Android app. Today's schedule, turn-by-turn navigation to pickup and dropoff, one-tap "Arrived at Pickup" / "Arrived at Dropoff" / "Delivered."
Where it runs: On your driver's phone. They use it only for ezcater jobs — their existing driver app keeps handling everything else.
What ezcater requires — and what we handle.
ezcater's network of approved delivery partners has real technical requirements. Here's the split.
Business vetting
ezcater verifies insurance, licensing, fleet capacity, and coverage area. You handle this part — but we'll tell you exactly what they look for so there are no surprises.
API integration
Webhook order receiving, accept/reject, mutations for every delivery lifecycle event. This is what we're for. We pass certification testing.
GPS tracking cadence
Driver location pushed to ezcater on a strict interval during active deliveries. This is the technical bar most companies fail. Our driver app handles it with retry logic and dropped-ping recovery.
Status lifecycle events
Courier assigned, en route to pickup, picked up, en route to customer, delivered — at the right times, in the right order, with the right payloads. We handle the whole sequence.
Ongoing performance
ezcater monitors on-time rates, cancellation rates, customer feedback. Underperformers get fewer orders. Our dashboard shows these metrics live, before they become a problem.
Auth & token management
ezcater issues API tokens to approved partners. We store them encrypted, refresh them automatically, and rotate them on schedule. You never see a credential.
